Physical Therapy

Services are available for active duty members by referral from their primary care manager. Active duty members without a referral may be seen on a case-by-case basis. All other beneficiaries are seen on a space-available basis but will most likely be referred to a local network provider. The Physical Therapy Clinic takes no-shows very seriously; active duty members who fail to show up, or are late to their appointment, may be reported to their first sergeant. Physical training uniform or equivalent athletic clothing is required to be worn for all appointments.
