Referral Management Center (RMC)

We help patients get information on processing specialty referrals requested by their referring provider. We help with all steps to get a specialty appointment set within a reasonable time frame. Additionally, we have resources to help you further understand your health care benefits, as well as answer questions regarding billing issues. If you have been referred by your primary care manager to see a specialist, please stop by our office before leaving the clinic. If care cannot be provided on base, we will defer you to our one of our TRICARE Prime network specialty care providers. Come by our office and sit with one our referral managers to get instructions on how to access referral info and schedule an appointment. All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please set your initial appointment before the referral time period ends. We cannot renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. All expired referrals must be renewed by contacting your primary care manager.
