Referral Management Center (RMC)

If your primary care manager at the MTF has referred you to a specialist, please stop by the Referral Management Center before leaving the clinic. One of our referral managers will provide instructions on how to access referral info and schedule an appointment. This applies for specialties that are offered in the MTF and those that are only available in the civilian provider network.

All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please schedule your initial appointment before the referral expires. Urgent referrals will be scheduled by the PCM team nurse. The Referral Management Center staff cannot renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. All expired referrals must be renewed by contacting your PCM. Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator

If you have questions about your TRICARE coverage, have received a bill, or have general questions regarding what care you or your dependents are eligible for, please call 229-257-4355 to talk to our benefits counselor. To be seen in person, please check in at the Referral Management Center, located next to Outpatient Records.
