Optometry

If you’re in danger of losing your eyesight, go to the nearest emergency room. Acute patients may walk in for red eye, foreign body sensation, sudden onset of pain, or sudden onset of decreased vision. We provide comprehensive eye care, as well as glasses and protective mask inserts (for active duty only). Diabetic retinopathy screening is available annually, on a space-available basis. Contact lens prescriptions can only be updated if the member wears the contact lenses to their appointment and has the contact prescription information.

Walk-in services are available Thursdays, 8-10 a.m., for IMR Distance Vision Acuity (DVA), MEDPROS update, color vision, depth perception, flight line driver's license, pre-employment physicals, and glasses orders.
