Appointments & Referrals


To schedule an appointment, look up your health record, request a prescription refill, check a lab result, or send a message to your health care team, log into your MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
Common Access Card or DS Logon Account is required.
You can also schedule an appointment by calling our appointment line at 229-257-2778. 


If you’ve been referred to a specialist by your primary care manager at the MTF, please stop by the Referral Management Office before leaving the clinic. One of our referral managers will provide you instructions on how to access referral info and schedule an appointment. This applies to specialties that are not offered at the MTF and those that are only available in the network.

All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please schedule your initial appointment before the referral period ends. The PCM team nurse will schedule urgent referrals. Referral Management Center staff cannot renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. All expired referrals must be renewed by contacting your PCM.
