Referrals

If you have been referred to a specialist by your primary care manager at the MTF, please stop by the Referral Management Office before leaving the clinic. One of our referral managers will provide you instructions on how to access referral info and schedule an appointment. This applies to specialties that are offered at the MTF and those that are only available in the network.

All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please schedule your initial appointment before the referral period ends. Urgent referrals will be scheduled by the PCM team nurse. Referral Management Center staff cannot renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. All expired referrals must be renewed by contacting your PCM. Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)

If you have questions about TRICARE coverage, have received a bill, or have general questions regarding care you or your dependents may be eligible for, please call 229-257-4355 and talk to our benefits counselor. To be seen in person, please check in at the Referral Management Center, located next to Outpatient Records.
