  • Once logged in, choose “send a message” from the main page.
  • In the “To” section, search for “Moody 23MDG Military Warrior Operational Med”.
  • You may also call the appointment line and leave a message for the team.

Once a message request is placed, the team has three business days to respond. Administrative documents may take up to 10 business days to complete. A nurse or technician will contact the patient with the provider’s response.

Body Composition Assessment Failure

If your unit informed you that you are high risk based on your BCA and require a medical review OR you received an automated email from myFSS stating that you are required to make an appointment with your medical provider, please send a message to your provider team through the  MHS GENESIS Patient Portal with the subject line “BCA – High Risk,” please provide the date of the BCA screen in the body of the message. If you are unable to access the  MHS GENESIS Patient Portal please contact the appointment line at 229-257-2778 and inform the representative that you need to put in a message to your provider due to a BCA Failure.

The provider team will review your medical history and contact you back through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or may call you with the next steps for your individual case.
