Primary Care
Primary Care at the 23d Medical Group – Moody Air Force Base consists of:
- Flight Medicine Clinic
- Adult Medicine Clinic
- Pediatrics Clinic
- Behavioral Health Optimization Program Services
Primary Care clinics are aligned to allow focused care for patients. For more information, please visit the individual health services.
Flight Medicine Clinic
Active duty service members on Fly Status are enrolled in the Flight Medicine Clinic and assigned with a Primary Care Manager.
Adult Medicine Clinic
All non-Fly Status active duty service members, active duty family members, retirees, and retiree family members over the age of 18 are enrolled in the Adult Medicine Clinic and assigned with a Primary Care Manager.
Pediatrics Clinic
Active-duty family members, and retiree family members under the age of 18 are enrolled in the Pediatrics Clinic and assigned with a primary care manager.
Primary Care Mental Health
Additionally, we offer PCMH services within our primary care clinics. Patients can self-refer or can be referred by their primary care manager.
